Make Sure You Open the Test Weft First!
When you receive your new Shaggy Loxx Extensions clip in hair extensions, you will see that for your convenience, we provide compartment where you will find a single weft of hair. This is for you to use and test against your natural hair to ensure that it is a perfect match. If the seal on the main compartment where the rest of the wefts of are stored is broken then you cannot return your set of hair extensions. If it isn't the right color for you, then just send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be more than happy to assist you in picking the color that's best for and beginning your exchange process.
Do you Have an Exchange Policy?
We understand that it may be hard to choose the shade of hair that’s right for you by looking at a screen, which is why we are more than happy to offer free color exchanges on all unopened sets of extensions that are returned within 30 days of having been delivered.
Please Note: you must return your entire order, including the test weft, styling hanger, and storage bag in order to qualify for an exchange or refund. If the test weft has been cut, dyed, curled, washed, had any hair products used on it or otherwise been altered in any way, you cannot return or exchange your order.
Can I Exchange my Order?
We want you to absolutely love your hair extensions and be 100% satisfied with your purchase which is why we are more than happy to either exchange your extensions for a different color or offer a full refund on any orders that have not been opened and are returned within 90 days of delivery. If the special safety seal has been broken on the main package than it does not qualify for an exchange or refund and the sale is final. Just make sure you contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can start your exchange process.
How do I Exchange my Hair Extensions for a Different Color?
It’s easy :). Just send us an email at email@example.com with your order number and the shade of color you would like to exchange your hair extensions for and we will contact you with a return address. Just to make sure we get you the perfect shade of extensions. We recommend sending us a few pictures of your hair taken in natural lighting when you contact us about your exchange, so we can help color match you with the perfect shade of extensions.
Here are some tips on how to pick the perfect shade and how to contact us for a color matching.
All returns are inspected to make sure they haven’t been opened and qualify for an exchange. Any packages that have had the safety seal broken are not eligible for an exchange or refund. We highly recommend that you have some sort of tracking on all return shipments as we are not responsible for lost shipments.
What is Your Exchange Period?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new set of extensions and anything else just isn't acceptable for us! That is why we are proud to offer the longest return period in the industry and will give you a whole 90 days from the date of delivery to return your extensions for an exchange or full refund!
In order to qualify for an exchange or refund, you just need to contact us within 30 days of having received your delivery. Any orders that were delivered more than 30 days from the time you contact us about your exchange do not qualify for an exchange or refund. So if you have a question about your order or need help with a color matching, don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible!
Do I Have to Pay for Shipping for my Return or Exchange?
We want you to have the best possible experience possible which is why we offer 100% free shipping on all returns or exchanges within the continental United States. We are unfortunately not able to pay for shipping on international returns from states not within the continental US.
It is highly recommended that you use some sort of tracking on your returns because Shaggy Loxx is not responsible for lost packages. Please Note: Please indication “Return, No Duties” on your package, otherwise the package may be returned to you.
Why Can’t Opened Shaggy Loxx Extensions be Returned or Exchanged?
We take matters of hygiene and health very seriously. Because it is a potential health hazard, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on opened sets of Shaggy Loxx Extensions where the safety seal has been broken. This policy is an industry standard and is put in place for the safety and health of all of our customers, including yours.
When will I receive my Exchange?
Once your returned set of extensions have been received and inspected to make sure that the complete set including the test weft has been returned, it’s in its original condition and the safety seal hasn’t been broken. We will send you your new set of Shaggy Loxx hair extensions in the color you requested. It usually takes between 1 and 2 business days to process and inspect all exchanges. For orders in the US, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days for your new set of extensions to be delivered and for international orders between 15 and 20 business days.
Can I Return my Shaggy Loxx Without Contacting you and Getting an RMA?
No. Before you send an exchange you must first contact us in order to receive the Return Mailing Address where you will mail your package. The address that your order was shipped from may be different than the return address and the RMA will expedite the processing of your exchange so you can get the perfect color of Shaggy Loxx hair extensions as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for any exchanges that are sent without the correct RMA.
