Can I Color my Extensions if I Want to?
Shaggy Loxx hair extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair which means that they can be colored. However, because our extensions have already undergone a coloring process, you should never try to lighten or bleach your extensions because this can cause damage even ruin your extensions. It is possible however to darken your extensions if you change your hair color and want to have your Shaggy Loxx match your new shade. If you’re thinking about having your hair extensions custom colored, toning them, or doing lowlights or highlights we recommend getting either our Honey Blonde, Flaxen Blonde, or Marylin Blonde shades because they will be the simplest to color. We ALWAYS recommend having them colored by a professional hairstylist who has experience coloring hair extensions. Otherwise, you run the risk of possibly ruining your new extensions and we definitely don’t want to have that happen to you!
