We are also not responsible for any delays that may be caused when your package is clearing customs in your home country.

How do I Track my Order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email that will be sent to the email you entered when you place your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and the email to be sent.
Once your order has been processed and your new set of Shaggy Loxx Extensions have been shipped, you will receive a second email that will have a tracking number for your delivery.
It can sometimes take 1-2 days for your tracking number to be usable. If there is a problem with your tracking number for some reason, then please first contact the courier responsible for delivery before contacting us.
Taxes and Duties for International Shipments
All deliveries outside of the USA are sent DDU (duties and taxes unpaid) which means that our international customers who are outside of the USA, you are responsible for any additional, taxes duties or other fees that you may be required to pay when your delivery enters your country. These fees are usually paid to your local Customs Authority or the carrier and are not collected by Shaggy Loxx and are not our responsibility.
Some carriers such as DHL pay any duties or taxes on your behalf as soon as your package enters the country and then charge it to you upon delivery. This helps to ensure that your package is delivered in the shortest period of time possible. In some cases, there may be an additional administrative fee that is charged after you have paid the duties and taxes

Every shipment comes with a tracking number you can use to track and monitor the progress and status of your order. If your order shows delivered but you haven’t received it then please first contact the carrier responsible for delivery before contacting us.
We are not responsible for any packages who’s tracking number shows it has been delivered to the address you entered upon placing your order.
If in the past you have experienced lost or stolen packages, it may be advisable to have the delivery sent to your work address or another address where you know the package will arrive safely.
